  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

  4. Package the item securely and drop it off with the provided shipping label.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another product, you can:

  • Request a return and place a new order for the desired product.

  • If the new item is of equal or greater value, you’ll be charged the difference.
